Honest dialogue enables us to tailor a proposal to meet your goals as well as your financial and time requirements.

Our strategies in design, marketing, and technical assistance create economic value for our customers. We calculate program investment based upon three factors: complexity, time requirements, and current workload.

service options

Kayarc offers flexible service terms to meet the needs of our various client relationships. Most of our work relationships fall under one of three main types.

Fee-for-Service: Allows a customer to task us with a single project with a specific budget and duration. Alternatively, we can work by the hour and track time to completion.

Retained Program: A popular option for customers with ongoing marketing, design, branding, or technology needs. This option provides a certain block of time (e.g. 12 hours per month for 12 months). You can task us with any project that falls under our capabilities. In the case of underused time, we roll over unused hours to the next month.

Shared Revenue: A popular setup for e-commerce projects, our shared revenue option lowers the amount of initial capital investment in favor of an ongoing, shared percentage of sales. We track sales performance and provide automated invoices for the appropriate amount at the end of each month. This option is typically paired with a small monthly fee.
